MHS Honors Mrs. Nitsch as Teacher of the Year

As 2022 is coming to a close, and after weeks of student and staff speculation, Memorial High School has officially announced their teacher of the year: Mrs. Nitsch.
To be granted teacher of the year means your excellence is highly noticeable in your teaching career, not only in your school, but in your district as well. Bringing kids together, accumulating multiple styles of teaching, and showing the importance of learning by bringing out the excellence of your students are all things that make up a great teacher, which is exactly why Mrs. Nitsch was greatly credited with this reward.
Frisco ISD is huge. From the 43 elementary schools, 17 middle schools, and 12 high schools, to the over 67 thousand students enrolled and 4,543 teachers employed, there are a lot of teachers and staff that can go unrecognized. Through student and staff appreciation, Memorial High School recognizes Mrs. Nitsch and all she has done for the school and the curriculum.
“She’s really helped me a lot not only in school, but also outside of school teaching me real important life lessons.” Taylor McCracklin.
“Mrs. Nitsch is very kind and is a great helping hand to her students.” adds Graden Harper.
We appreciate all of the hard work Mrs. Nitsch puts in for the program day in and day out. Her efforts do not go unnoticed by her students. Go stop by Mrs. Nitsch in class D213 to show your gratitude and appreciation for her!
